Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
This 90,500-square-foot educational facility was built to serve Kindergarten through 4th grade students in the Bentonville School District. Designed as a multilevel concrete and steel structure, the school accommodates up to 700 students and 70 faculty members and features a variety of spaces including classrooms, administrative offices, a computer lab, reading and resource rooms, a multipurpose room, kitchen and dining areas, gymnasium, and dedicated art and music rooms.
Laxen Painting Scope:

Interior Painting: Completed the full interior painting package across classrooms, offices, and common areas using durable, low-VOC coatings suited for high-traffic school environments

Surface Prep and Detailing: Careful surface preparation across multiple material types, including concrete and drywall, to ensure clean finishes and long-term performance

Coordination with Trades: Worked closely with the general contractor and other teams to support an early owner move-in and deliver consistent results throughout the facility
The exterior featured a mix of stone, brick, metal panels, and composite wood, requiring close attention to transitions and a unified finish across the architectural materials.
